Rub:
- Smoked paprika 2.5 tbsp
- Onion powder tsp
- Salt (kosher) 2 tsp
- White sugar 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1.5 tsp
- Dry thyme 2 tsp
- Dry oregano 2 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 0.75 tsp
- High smoke point oil 1 tbsp.
- Set grids groove side up
- Preheat grill to 450F/230C
- Place chicken in bowl or Ziploc bag
- Combine seasonings and oil in baster set
- Pour seasonings over chicken and coat thoroughly
- Set chicken on the grill at 45 degree angle
- Cook for 4min per quarter turn
- Until internal temp reaches 165F/74C
- Remove and rest for 5-10min before serving
