Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp beer
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cut cabbage into 6 wedges leaving wedges attached at base. Place on 24 x 18 inch heavy duty foil.
- Divide corned beef into 6 equal portions and place between wedges. Sprinkle cabbage with beer and pepper. Wrap and seal.
- Cook 30 – 45 minutes with the lid down or until the cabbage is tender.
