Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • Lemon zest
  • Mint
  • 1 cucumber
  • Sour cream (Or yogurt)
  • Arugula
  • Feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Season ground pork with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Shape ground pork on kebabs sticks about 2 cm in diameter, leaving space on the kebab to hold.
  3. Grill on MEDIUM-HIGH heat until kebabs reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  4. For the sauce, mix chopped lemon zest and mint into sour cream or a rich high-fat yogurt and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with large diced tomatoes, cucumber,  fresh arugula, and feta cheese.
