Ingredients

  • 2 cans young jackfruit
  • 250 g enoki mushrooms
  • 12 burger slider buns
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 3 Roma tomato
  • Broil King Perfect BBQ Spice Rub
  • Broil King Perfect BBQ Sauce
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Toss the young jackfruit and enoki mushrooms in Broil King Perfect BBQ Spice until thoroughly coated.
  2. Place in a roasting pan and smoke at 350°F (177°C) for about 1 hour.
  3. Pull apart young jackfruit using Broil King Meat Shredders before mixing in BBQ sauce.
  4. Continue to smoke for another 15-20 minutes until sauce begins to caramelize.
  5. Serve on a toasted bun with lettuce and tomato.
