DIRECTIONS (smoker)
- Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (reserve half sauce)
- Shape beef into 1'' balls and place on cooking tray
- Add meatballs to the smoker until 164F / 73 C
- Brush meatballs with reserve sauce after 30 min
- Remove from smoker and coat with more sauce and serve
DIRECTIONS (grill) with pellet box
- Preheat grill to 400F / 205C
- Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (reserve half sauce)
- Shape beef into 1'' balls and place on cooking tray
- Add meatballs to grill flipping every 4 min
- Brush meatballs with reserve sauce after 3 flips
- Remove from grill, coat with more sauce and serve
