Zutaten
- 2 chicken breast (diced)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 3 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 bay leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat your grill in medium-high with your grilling wok on the grill surface.
- Saute the garlic and thyme in olive oil until the garlic begins to brown. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Add diced chicken breast to the pan or wok and saute until lightly browned.
- Add water or chicken stock to the pan and bring to a simmer.
- Chop peppers, broccoli, and potatoes into large rough pieces and add to the pan. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Finish with dill and parsley and season to taste.
