Mix together sriracha, sweet chili sauce, soya sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss wings in sauce ensuring they are evenly coated.
Place wings on wing rack or directly on the cooking grates and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 45 minutes to an hour. Wings must reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serve with celery sticks and dipping sauce right on the wing rack once it has cooled.
