Wild Mushroom and Kale Pizza with Sausage

TOPPINGS
2 stalks chopped kale
1 tbsp high smoked point oil
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp cornmeal
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 cup wild mushrooms
1/2 cup cooked sausage
1/2 red onion julienned
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese

GARNISH
2 tbsp parmesan
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp dried oregano

1. Preheat grill to 550F/287C with Broil King pizza stone
2. Drizzle oil and salt onto kale and massage
3. Dust Broil King pizza peel with cornmeal
4. Place pizza crust onto pizza peel
5. Spread tomato sauce over crust and add toppings
6. Slide the topped pizza onto the stone and cook for 8 mins
7. Rest for 1 min and slice using Broil King Pizza Wheel
8. Garnish with your choice and enjoy
