Rinse then boil and drain the chick peas, mash roughly, leave some chunky pieces un mashed. Mix all ingredients but the sauce in a large bowl. Form the loaf by hand and place on the Broil King roasting topper, Place that topper inside the roasting pan so that the topper hangs above the pan. Preheat the grill to medium-low heat and place the pan directly above the heat. Partially fill the drip pan with water, it will both catch the drippings from the meat loaf and steak to keep it moist. Roast for 30 minutes then sauce thoroughly on all exposed surfaces. Roast for another 30 minutes then let rest and serve.
