Spanish Style Beef Ribs

Ingrédients

12 flank cut beef short ribs

RUB
3 tbsp maggi seasoning
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 limes juiced and zested
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar

GARNISH
sliced green onion
chopped cilantro
lime crema

Directions

1. Combine rub and using 3/4 marinate ribs for 1 hr
2. Preheat grill to 450F/232C
3. Remove ribs from marinade and pat dry
4. Place ribs and green onion on grill
5. Rotate onions after 2 mins and ribs after 4 mins
6. Baste ribs with remaining marinade and continue cooking
7. Remove onions after 2 mins and ribs after 4 mins
8. Slice meat from bone for tacos or serve whole over rice
